SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We use AUSTRALIA POST.

NATIONAL SHIPPING:

Standard shipping prices within AUSTRALIA apply.
We accept all major credit cards.
All orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, except for weekends starting from 3:00pm Fridays until 9:00 am Mondays eastern standard times due to postal outlets closed.
If this is the case your purchase will be shipped on opening times of the next business working day with AUSTRALIA post.
All national purchases will take approx 3 -5 working days for arrival
Shipping prices will be calculated upon purchase of products.
Shipping times may vary during the Christmas holiday break dec – jan due to a high demand of shipping from AUSTRALIA post. Shipping times may take up 10 days for delivery during these times.
All orders for shipment will have a tracking number sent to your requested email address placed in the ordering/cart section upon purchase.
This tracking number will be sent to you once item has been shipped.
All delivery times are estimations only and can vary depending on time of shipment, working days, weekends etc.
All items purchased will be shipped on price governed by the weight.
All items have individual weights which will be calculated upon purchase for your shipping costs.

THE WOLF-WAY OF LIFE FITNESS will not be held accountable for shipping to wrong addresses provided by purchaser.
All purchases that succeed the eligible amount for free postage will conform with the standards of regular postage only.

INTERNATIONAL

Standard international shipping prices apply.
We accept all major credit cards.
International purchases can take between 20 – 40 days depending on shipping method you choose upon purchase.
THE WOLF-WAY OF LIFE FITNESS will not be held accountable for any international tax on any goods purchased, this will have to be accompanied by the purchaser upon completion process of purchase.
THE WOLF – WAY OF LIFE FITNESS will not be held accountable for goods that may be rejected by your country or shipping due to the potential of goods you have purchased that may not be allowed in your country.
It is up to the buyer to do his/hers research to deem weather or not these goods are legal or not in the country of origin you wish our products be shipped.

RETURNS POLICY

All items purchased are final, except where the item purchased deems to be faulty.
We have a strictly no refund policy, where individual items can only be exchanged if initially purchased in the wrong size.
All items have been visually inspected before shipment but if by chance your ordered item is faulty or the wrong size in purchased, you will need email us to sales@wolfapparel.com.au with information detailing the fault or size change. You will need to send it back to the mailing address how it was received.
All tags and packaging must be intact and returned along will the receipt delivered to you with your packaged goods upon arrival.
Upon return to us we will inspect, and if product is faulty we will happily reimburse the full amount paid for product or exchange product for another item up to the same amount spent on the faulty item, excluding all shipping charges
No item may be exchanged or will be accepted for returns based on the buyer’s change of mind.
A sizing chart is provided in the shopping cart when viewing your item of purchase.
Any item deemed to be worn, washed or damaged in any way by the customer will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
All items thought to be damaged, faulty or where a size change is required, must be alerted to our sales team via email within 24 hours of arrival and returned within 14 days.
All shipping returns will come at the buyers expense, except where an item is deemed faulty.
